Thread onto your spit and Wrap tightly in tin foil and put in the fridge overnight to firm up, or for at least 2 hours. If using the oven to cook, just cover with foil and once again leave to firm.
- Connect your spit with the mixture on to the rotisserie and set timer to 40 mins, checking to make sure it doesn’t burn and is cooked through. With the oven method, place mixture into a loaf tin and put in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 40 mins or until cooked throughout.
- Slice your kebab and assemble onto your pitta wrap with salad and chips, add some mint and yogurt and serve with salad.
