- Get 10 pieces Garlic (Finely Chopped)
- Prepare 1 Capsicum (cut to medium size pieces)
- Prepare 3 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
- Take 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Get 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- Get 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- Get As required Oil
- Prepare As per taste Salt
Steps to make Gobhi Manchurian:
- In a pan add water, pinch of turmeric powder, Salt. Let it boil. Now add the cut cauliflower florets. Once cooked drain the water.
- Add the ingredients under Batter to a bowl with water. Make sure the consistency is like dosa batter.
- To the batter add the cauliflower florets and mix them. The florets should be coated well with the batter.Fry them in oil.
- Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and once heated up add the sliced garlic and fry it to golden brown. Now add the onions, green chillies,capsicum and salt and saute for few minutes.
- Add Soy sauce, chilli Sauce and tomato sauce to the mixture.
- Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour with water. Add the slurry to the pan and the fried cauliflower and mix them well.
