- Blanch mushrooms and baby corn for 5 minutes. Keep the rest of the veggies ready. Mix all the ingredients listed under marinade at first.

- Grill these on a stove top grilling pan as i did. It took me around 25 mins. Cover it up and keep turning the skewers every now and then for even roasting.
