- Take ghee and oil in pan add in gobi gravy, tomato puree along with all mentioed routin masalas.
- Now let it simmer for some time. Add in malai and kasuri methi and spoonfull of ghee.
- Ur gravy is ready. U can add in kofta or panner or channa anything of ur choice.
- I hv added onion kofta.
