Instructions to make Gobi Manchurian:
  1. Mix the batter ingredients to get a slightly loose batter
  2. Coat each floret with the batter and deep fry in the oil
  3. Drain on some kitchen towel and set aside
  4. To make the sauce, fry the onions, green chillies, garlic and the capsicum till the onions are golden brown
  5. Next add the liquid: tomato sauce, soy sauce and vinegar
  6. Turn the heat to low and fry for a minute
  7. Pour the cornflour mixture and mix until the sauce thickens
  8. If needed add some salt
  9. Add the fried florets to the sauce and toss gently
  10. Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves or spring onions or us a combination of both like I did
  11. Serve hot!
