- Now, pour in the entire content in the heated pan again over a low-medium heat and cook for about 5 mins (this is required for each side) & also add in the grated cheese (optional)
- Now, once one side’s done very carefully & gently flip it onto it's other side by placing a ceramic or porcelain big plate on the top of the pan and then do it immediately and then again, slide the same onto the heated pan again, for the other side of it to get equally cooked for another 5 mins time
