- Prepare 3-4 potatoes
- Get 1 onion
- Get 4 eggs

- Place them in a large pan with generous amount of oil. Medium heat. Stir regularlly.
- Using a spatula, check that everything is soft
- Whisk the eggs, add the potatoes and onions after removing the oil (which can be reused in the future). Add salt to taste and mix all together.
- In a smaller pan. Add little bit of oil and pour the mix. Medium heat if you like it well done or high heat if you like it soggy. Use a spatula around the edge of the pan to give a good round shape. With help of a plate, flip the pan and place the tortilla back from the undone side.

- Using a plate again, flip the pan to get the tortilla out without breaking it. Leave it out for 10 min before serving. Enjoy it!
