- Get 1 Gobi / cauliflower - medium size
- Prepare 4 to 5 chilles Green
- Take 1 green capsicum small size

- Get 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Get 1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions to make Gobi Manchurian:
- Cut the Gobi into florets and cook in hot water for 5 mins
- In a bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour, pepper powder, salt and half a teaspoon of soy sauce with enough water to make a thin paste.
- Dip the florets in to the paste to coat them evenly
- Then deep fry in oil and keep them aside.
- For crispier Gobi fry them twice.
- Now heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add grated ginger and minced garlic and fry them for half a minute.
- Add capsicum and fry them for a minute.
- Now add onions and green chillies.
- Fry onions until they turn transparent and salt. (soy sauce and chili sauce also contains salt so add table salt accordingly)
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce and fry them for a minute.
- Sprinkle half teaspoon of pepper powder and fried Gobi and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with Spring onions and coriander leaves.
