- Get 1 Cauliflower
- Make ready 50 Grams Corn Flour

- Prepare 1 Tablespoon Garlic (chopped)

- Prepare 1 Tablespoon Soya Bean Sauce
- Take 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- Get Coriander leaves
- Take Water
- Get Oil
Instructions to make Gobi Manchurian:
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and keep it immersed in water for 10 minutes. Add a few drops of vinegar to the water. This is to clean the florets thoroughly. Drain the water and keep aside.
- Mix the corn flour, maida, bengal gram flour, salt and red chilli powder. Add water to it and mix well to form a thick batter.
- Add the florets to the batter, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the immersed florets on medium flame till golden brown and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger to it and stir fry. Add green chillies and ginger to it and saute. Add the chopped onions to it and stir fry till it turns golden brown in color.
- Add all the sauces to the above and mix well. Add 1 cup of water to it and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the fried cauliflower florets to the above gravy and mix well for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
