- Wash & rinse the flowers of cauliflower with water
- Take a bowl,put the flowers in it & marinate with salt, cornflour, maida,red colour, red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste & leave it for 20 mins.
- Take a karahi,put oil in it for frying
- When it gets hot pour marinated flowers one by one,deep fry until they become golden
- Take a pan put 2 tsp of oil in it
- When it become hot add onions,capsicum,soya sauce,salt,vinegar with 1 cup of water
- When it start boiling, slow down the flame & add fried flowers in it & cover the pan for 5 min
- Serve hot
