- Sab se pehle saari vegetables ko chopped kar ke dho ke rakh lein. Gobhi ko medium size Ke tukdo mein cut krlein.
- Ab maida or cornflour ka paste tyaar Krein or saath hi us paste mein 1tbsp salt, 1tbsp salt, 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp white pepper bhi daal dein or paste tyaar krein
- Paste na zyada thick na zyada loose Ho. Ab ek pain mein mustard oil daalein or us paste gobhi ko achche se dip krein or aise saari gobhi ko deep fry krein 2 time.
- Ab usi pan jab gobhi fry kar ke nikal lein or extra oil nikal ke saari chopped vegetables ko fry krlein or green onion,ginger and garlic ka paste bhi usi mein daal ke fry krein
- Ab usi Pan mein 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp tomato sauce, 1tbsp green chilli sauce, 1tbsp red chilli sauce, or 1tbsp vinegar daalein or achchey se fry krein. Us mixture mein 1tbsp salt b daalein or chopped green onion daalein or achchey se fry krein.
- Usi mixture mein fried gobhi daalein or usko achchey se mix krein or phir usi Ke upar 1tbsp sugar spread krein or achchey usko chlaein.
- Ab ek small bowl mein 2tbsp corn flour and half bowl water daalein or usko achchey se chlayein and make sure ki usmei lumps na bnei. Jab wo ghol achchey se ready ho jaye toh usko gobhi mein daal dein or usko 10 min tak fry krein sim gas pe
