  1. Wash and cut the ladyfingers into small sizes.
  2. Add some oil to a pan and roast the ladyfingers till the stickiness is completely gone. While roasting add a little amount of salt.
  3. Take the chanadal, roasted Bengal gram, red chillies, jeera and blend it to a coarse powder.
  4. One the ladyfingers are nicely roasted add a little amount of chilli powder as per taste.
  5. Now once the raw smell is gone add the powder and mix well.
  6. Let it roast for a few mins.
  7. Garnish with a few curry leaves(optional).
