- First wash the potatoes and ladyfingers.
- Now cut the ladyfingers and potatoes into long long pieces.
- Now heat oil in a pan.
- After the oil is heated.
- Fry the ladyfingers and potatoes in it until it becomes crispy.
- After deep frying take it out in a plate.
- Now put 2tbsp oil in a nonstick pan.
- After the oil is hot add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tbsp poppy seeds.
- Add 1 tbsp onion paste and 2 tbsp garlic paste
- All ingrediants cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add 1 tsp red chilli powder and as much salt as needed.
- Mix all ingredients well and turn of the gas.
- Take out dhaba style crispy ladyfinger and crispy potatoes in a hotpot or plate and pour coriander over it.
