- Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
- Get 1 green chilli

- Get 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Take to taste Salt

- Prepare as needed Oil for deep frying
- Make ready as needed Water for sealing
Instructions to make Bread Kachori:
- How to make a bread kachori :- Take maida/plain flour, salt, oil all mix together with the help of Lukewarm water. Make a stiff dough..(like a samosa). cover it with the moistcloth for 10 to 15 min.
- Meanwhile, cut into the bread in circular shapes with help of glass..or cookie cutter. After that, heat oil in a pan on low to medium heat. Then add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seed, and add green chillies, stir for few seconds.
- Next, add green peas and turn heat to medium and stir until tender. Add dry coriander powder, red chilli powder pinch of haldi.. and mix well.
- After that Add the boiled and roughly mashed potatoes and stir-fry for about 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in garam masala and dry mango powder. and salt to taste.. and mix gently.. keep aside. let it cool..
- Now take 8 to 10 small balls from the dough, equal in size, and Roll balls into a circular and flat shaped poori.Keep the poori bit thick. And make sure it is bigger than your circular shaped bread.
- Take a round shape bread slice.. put stuffing on your bread..make sure you spread it out. Now get puri and put it over potato stuffing and flip it over..apply a little bit of water on the side of the puri and twist the puri.
- Keep on doing in twisty shape (like GUJIYA) until whole bread from the surrounding. Now bread kachori is ready for frying.
- After that, Deep fry in low to medium hot oil.Till crispy and golden brown..drain onto paper napkin.. serve with tomato ketchup, green chutney.
