Steps to make Pad thai:
- Boiled the water in a pot. Add in 2 tablespoon cooking oil. Add in the dried flat Thai noodles. Cooked around 8 to 10mins. After Cooke, stain out the water. Put the cooked rice noodles a side.
- Heat up the wok pan. Add in the butter. Add in chopped garlic. Stir until turn into golden color.
- Then add in the cooked rice noodles. Then sambal paste, Hoisin sauce, soya sauce and black pepper. Wok it with high heat around 5 min.
- After that pour in the 5 dl water. Continuous wok until smell burn then is ready.
- Topping with pine nuts and spring onions then is ready to served.
You may want to start with less pepper, and work your way up. Pad Thai is Thai stir-fried noodles with rice stick noodles, shrimp, chicken, fried tofu, eggs and Pad Thai sauce. The noodles are topped with crushed peanuts and served with fresh chives, lime wedges. Pad Thai is like a warm blanket. It's a comfort food of our age, with those chewy noodles, crunchy peanuts, the sweet and tangy sauce, and plenty of chives, bean sprouts, and chicken to make it a full.
