- Make deep cuts on chicken
- Wash and dry well with kitchen towel.
- Mix all ingredients in dahi /yougart and apply all over chicken in cuts also
- Keep in fridge for 24hrs for good results. Than in a bid pot put chicken and cover it and cook on low flame till steamed.
- Than take out carefully with 2spoons on a plate and let it cool.
- Heat enough oil in karhai and fry this chargha in hot oil, when one side is cooked turn carefully and fry it well to nice golden brown colour.
- Take out and sprinkle chat masala on it. serve hot with salad, raita, sauce
