  1. In a large skillet on medium high heat, combine oil, chopped onion, and chopped kielbasa. Heat for 4 minutes.
  2. Add minced Garlic and stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Add box of pasta, Rotel, whipping cream, chicken broth to kielbasa. Bring to boil and lower to medium low heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed and pasta is cooked to your desired texture.
  4. During last 5 minutes of cooking add 1 handful of cheese. Save enough cheese to add to each bowl or just grate more cheese. Cook for 5 minutes to let cheese melt.
  5. Serve desired amount in bowls, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
