- Take 2 Cups Pomegranate Juice
- Get 1/4 Cup Orange Lemon Juice

- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour the mixture into a large fairly flat dish and put in the freezer for half an hour.
- With a fork, scrape down the ice crystals that form around the edge and put it back into the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Repeat the fork action and check every 20 minutes until there is no liquid left and you are left with pomegranate ice crystals.
- Put the granita into a lidded plastic box and store in freezer.
- Serve by scrapping with fork till you can spoon into a shot glass or a serving bowl.
- Note: You can make different flavours of granita - Strawberry, Coffee, Lemon etc. Be creative!! This recipe stores well in the freezer for days :)
