1. In a medium to large pot put 3cups of water add 1 Tbsp of salt bring to boil and put Broccoli Rabe in simmer until lightly softened then strain and set aside. In another pot add 6 cups of water bring to a boil and add pasta cook until al dente strain and put back in pan.
2. In saute pan add Olive oil and when warmed up add sausage cook until golden brown drain. On paper towels, in the same pan add another Tblsp of Olive oil and add garlic and pepper saute until lightly softened add chicken broth bring to simmer and put Broccoli Rabe in saute for 5 mins
3. In a large platter add linguine and top with sausage then broccoli rabe toss to combine.,enjoy you can add some parmesan cheese if you like,
