- Shred the beef and take aside
- In a big pot,add all the pulses and grains.. - Add a large amount of water.. - Add salt,red chilli powder 2 tbsp, haldee 1 tsp,kashmiri mirch 1 tbsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp - Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- And cook until all the pulses and grains are done.. Take out bay leaves..
- Add beef and it's gravy..and cook for 15-20 m
- Ghotofy it well or u can alse blend it with hand blender.. - Once done
- ,serve with fried onions, lemon, chillies, ginger and chaat masala..
