- Get Gobi roast covering
- Take 1 gobi
- Take 3/4 th cup maida(all purpose flour)

- Take 0.25 tsp kasuri methi

- Take 1 onion
- Get 1 capsicum
- Make ready 1 inch ginger
- Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 2 green chilli
- Make ready 0.25 cup tomato slices
- Take 5 tsp chilli sauce
- Get 2-3 tsp tomato sauce
- Prepare 3 tsp soya sauce
- Take 2 tsp vinegar
- Get Salt
- Get leaves Coriander
- Prepare 3 tsp Oil
Steps to make Gobi Manchurian:
- In a bowl take maida + corn flour + chilli powder + ginger garlic paste + coriander powder+ chat masala + Aamchur powder + kasuri methi + salt alibg with little water and mix well without any lumps.
- Chop the gobi and boil it in water for 10 minutes. Now mix gobi with the mixture from step 1.
- To make gobi Manchurian gravy ; in a pan take 2 tsp oil + ginger + chilli + ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Now add onion and capsicum and sauté in high flame.
- Now add chilli sauce + soya sauce + salt + vinegar + tomato sauce and mix well. Also add 1 tsp corn flour mixed in water and boil on high flame.
- Now in a dosa pan grease a bit of oil and take each gobi piece immersed in outer covering of step 2 and roast until it turns golden brown
- Once you roast the gobi add it to the gravy and sauté for another 5 minutes until it absorbs the gravy. Add coriander leaves for garnish on the top.
- Serve it with roti/pulav
