Steps to make Jaali kabab:
- Take 250gms of boneless chicken in a bowl
- Then add curd,coriander powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder garlic ginger paste lemon juice and marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour.
- Then grind the chicken into paste.then make kababs with the paste.Then take few vermicelli crush into pieces. Then dip the kabanbs into vermicelli.
- Then take oil in pan. Take 3/4th of oil ina kadai and deep fry the kababs in kadai. You can shallow fry it or grill it if you want. Then hot hot kababs are ready to eat.
