- After 45 you can chk it with toothpick if done it then rest it for more 10m
- Then remove it from stove and put on net rack for set it on room temperature
- While this time make chocolate ganash take milk heat it then add grated chocolate and cook it low flame
- Now take sugar syrup or milk pour on cake after that pour chocolate on it and spread it finely
- After that take grated chocolate and garnished it with that chocolate as you like
- Keep in fridge for 30 to 40m for chill and set then enjoy it with #Teaβ€
