The ingredients needed to make Spinach pasta:

If the pasta starts to dry out, add in some of the reserved pasta water. Stir in ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese and toss until combined. Rinse the spinach well, drain briefly and place the damp spinach in a large fry pan. Drain in a sieve under cold running water.
Instructions to make Spinach pasta:
- Firstly to wash spinach, now to take hot water and blanch spinach for 1 min after then then drain the spinach and dump into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking immediately.
- Now to take a tomato and wash it then cut in 4 pieces.
- After than take mixture jar therein add blanched spinach, garlic and roasted peanuts or grind and make it smoth paste.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until just underdone. Reserve a cup of the pasta water before draining. Drain the pasta, and set aside.
- Now to take a pan and heat it after then add 2 tbsp oil after heating oil cook chopped tomato for 1 min and bring out to a plate.
- Now in the same pan add the sauce back into the pan and also add 2 tbsp fresh cream and salt in sauce or cook it for 3 min.
- Add the par-cooked panne pasta and tomato or stir to combine and heat through, adding more pasta water if needed.
- Once pasta is cooked through, taste and season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
- The yummy tasty and heathy spinach pasta is ready.
Rinse the spinach well, drain briefly and place the damp spinach in a large fry pan. Drain in a sieve under cold running water. I don't use a pasta machine but you can if you want. There are lots of variations for differently colored pastas, this one is a rich green and has lots of spinach in it to sneak veggies into the kids. Place the pasta in the pot, and cook until it is nearly done (test it for doneness by tasting).
