Instructions to make Sambhar:

  3. Take a pan add ghee and add in mustard seeds, curry leaves chillies and chopped onion. Stir them until light brown, then add tomatoes and nicely mix all in to great mix
  4. Add the dal and vegetable mix if more water required boil and add.
  5. Sambhar is ready.
  6. Healthy and can have with rice

I made sambhar & dosa for lunch and going to cook rice for dinner. I wish this week could go faster.
