- Once water is reduced sprinkle chilli powder. Take off carefully once cooked. Dry it on kitchen towel paper.
- Arrange cucumber in round. Take a bowl add risotto and plate it in middle. Line it with sauce. Top with roasted onion. Crown with tuile. Arrange kebabs on sides. Enjoy this royal and heavenly risotto with kebab and sauce.
