  3. Once dough is ready, then grease ghee on pam and make a balls from the dough. Then press in the middle of the ball and give a shape of bowl.
  4. Then in a pan add ghee, once it heat lower the flame and fry the chanaballs until golden brown.
  5. In the meantime prepare the sugar syrup with water and sugar. Once the syrup becomes little bit sticky and the fried chanainto it. Then cover the pan and boil it for 10 minutes in a high flame. After 10 minutes lower the flame into medium and boil it for 20 minutes.
  6. Once chanaballs cooked properly then switch off the flame and let it rest for 1 hrs. Then while serving add the semi thick milk in the middle portion of chanaand serve. Garnish with pistachios.
