  6. Now, take another pan and add 1 tablespoon ghee and 1 teaspoon oil. Add 1 tablespoon jeera and cook rice and toss it for few minutes. Add little salt for taste and spread coriander leaves.
  7. Finally, take a small vessel and add 1 tablespoon oil, jira, red chilli powder, garlic chopped and red chilli and give tadka to the dal. Serve dal fry and jira rice with Papad.
