  1. Take a bowl, add maida, hot oil, salt, gradually add water as needed to make semi hard dough.. Cover a lid, keep aside for at least 15 minutes to give rest.
  2. Now apply little oil on dough, make it smooth.. Now take a big size of dough ball, make a big chapati, cut it in long strips.
  3. Take a frying pan, turn on gas on medium low flame, add oil to fry cones, Now take cone shape mould, grease with oil, cover with one by one strip of dough, on cone mould, where joints come, there, apply little oil to stick strips perfectly on it, like this, cover cone mould,with strips one on one.. Now put slowly mould in hot oil to fry, maida cone, when it turns crispy and golden brown in colour, will leave mould by itself, take out mould, and fry properly maida cone..
  4. Make all cones in same process.. Now all cones are ready. Now heat leftover bhaji, it should be little thick, so don't add water in it.
  5. Take a cone, fill with leftover bhaji, add chopped onions, pour lemon juice, add fried masala peanuts, chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds, sprinkle some thin sev on it. Ready to serve Spicy Bhaji Cone..
  6. Serve in a plate, garnish with bhaji in base, tomato slices,masala peanuts, sev and coriander.. very attractive tempting drooling leftover dish… Enjoy..
