- Return the pasta to heat and add the tomato sauce and sprinkle parmesan cheese on it mix well for 2 mins
- Serve hot and garnish with two basil leaves
This is a refreshing change from tomato sauce. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Stir well, adding a little pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. This very quick pasta dish uses fresh tomatoes and basil tossed with Italian salad dressing and Parmesan cheese.
