1. In a deep pot take around 500 ml water add 1 tsp salt and boil it. once the water starts boiling add spaghetti and cook for 7-8 mins. Once the Spaghetti is cooked drain the water. keep atleast a cup of pasta water to add in sauce.Drizzle little Olive oil on the cooked spaghetti and keep it aside.
2. Now in a pan heat Olive oil (Do not over heat olive oil). Now add onions, garlic, tomatoes and salt. saute' it till tomatoes gets cooked perfectly.
3. Once tomatoes are done add sugar, cream, herbs, crushed black pepper and chili flakes.
4. Mix everything properly. Now add pasta water. simmer the sauce for 2 minutes.
5. Now for plating: In a platter serve spaghetti and then add sauce over it. Garnish it with some cheese, herbs, olive oil and olives.
