  2. Make ready 9 eggs
  3. Take 800 g sausage meat
  4. Prepare 50 g plain flour

  10. Cover with egg yolk. Dip in the crumbs getting an even coat and then set aside on the cling film.
  11. Repeat for all.
  12. Heat oil in a pan on high. Place them in until golden brown. Leave on kitchen roll to dry.
  13. Serve.
