  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for all boiled eggs!
  7. Heat the oil in a deep heavy-bottom pan. To test if it is warm enough, throw a single breadcrumb into the oil and see if it sizzles and browns. If so, its ready! (and HOT, be careful :D)
  8. Place each scotch egg into the oil and fry so that it is brown and crispy on all edges - should take about 2-3minutes of continuously rotating the scotch egg. Then turn the heat down on the pan, and let it sit and fry for another 8 or so minutes, or until the whole scotch golden and crisp and the sausage meat is completely cooked.
