Beef consomme (consommé) is not just a clarified beef stock or beef broth as some may define it.
Consomme is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. Consomme is something which I have loved my whole life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

- Make ready 2-3 florets cauliflower, cut into paysanne

Instructions to make Consomme:

Place the the pot on low heat & let simmer very slowly. - 4. Now add boquet garni & onion brule to the stock, keep cooking for 1-2 hours - 5. Now strain the consomme through a soup strainer lined with muslin cloth
- For service - 1. Heat little butter in a sauce pan, saute the cut vegetable for few seconds without coloring. - 2. Add the consomme, adjust the seasoning & serve hot
