  5. Prepare 1 Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
  6. Take 1 Manicotti shells
  7. Get 2 can of spaghetti sauce, any flavor
  8. Make ready 1 Salt
  9. Get 1 Pepper
  10. Make ready 1 Parsley flakes
Instructions to make Chicken Manicotti:
  1. Combine ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, parsley flakes, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and chicken.
  2. Stuff UNCOOKED manicotti shells with cheese and chicken mixture. Place in sauced dish.
  3. Set oven at 375°F. Pour 1 can spaghetti sauce into bottom of ungreased glass baking dish.
  4. Cover manicotti with 2nd can of spaghetti sauce. Put into oven for 45 mins.
  5. After 45 mins, take dish out, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Place back into oven for another 15 mins.
  6. All done! Check for noodles to be soft and cheese melted, if not browned a tad. Lovely chicken manicotti! Serve with wine of your choice for an Italiano feel :)
